Full transparency, I used to work for this location years ago, but when I was an employee, I made a mental note that I wanted my child to do their lessons here. My daughter is now 21 months and has been doing lessons since earlier this year. Yesterday was our first time in a public pool, and she almost immediately fell face first. It was scary as she had a hard time getting her footing, but I watched for a moment as she utilized all the skills we learned in class! She immediately rolled to get her face to the surface and began to kick to keep herself up while I was getting to her for assistance finding her footing. It was so amazing and such a moment of relief that she is developing these basic survival skills at such a young age❤️ We have had a few different coaches due to summer vacations, but we generally have Coach Audrey and she is amazing! We also love Jess, the aquatic manager. She did 2 of our lessons and gave great feedback on how we as parents can do more to help our daughter grow her skills. I can't remember our other coaches (a lot were paired with Audrey or Jess for training) but just about anyone you get in here will be great due to the extensive amount of training they go through! All around so much love for this place and I can't wait to watch my daughter transition to level 3 next year! 🤩

Wow! We had a great experience with Aqua-tots this summer. Grands were visiting for 3 weeks this summer. Jess Gilmore was totally accommodating for the kids swim levels and the times for their lessons. Big shout out to all of our fast track coaches: Linda, Madeline, Audrey, Elli, Joey, Molly, Mason, Grace, Jess, and Allie. Hope I didn't forget anyone! Great staff, great coaches. Thanks so much.

The stuff there are very nice but the skilled information should be better combined if we face to different coaches while swimming lessons! My poor middle boy was stuck on level 6 for over 8 months because I couldn’t make it to the same coach, I have to do the make up lessons and every coach determine the skill somehow of different! And some of coaches will think him should be ready for next level but when him face the new coach next time and everything will start over again . He was so upset, came in with hope came out with disappointed.he doing the every same things for over months and months and still have the same one issue since first day.No one is perfect and now he thinks he is not good at doing things!Every 30 minutes should be worth and the coach should be know more about the learner. We waste the time because every lessons we are new to the coach.I am made the big mistake of bought the long term lessons at once and always make him to different coaches and drive long distances . Finally we decided to end of this race ,I told my boy he was doing very well not only learn the life skills but also learn how to stand confident . I just want to write with my experience here, if you ready with same coach for a long way then sign it, but if you couldn’t just be aware. Coaches need to time to know about you but our time cost also important

Can't say enough good things about this place. All the staff are very helpful, skilled, and great at making children feel comfortable in a new environment. Coach Lindy is my son's main instructor and getting to do a swim lesson with her is something he looks forward to all week.

My daughter has loved working with her coaches (Kairi, Allie, Ellie, and Nita). They’ve all been wonderful with her and so encouraging. Scheduling (and rescheduling) has been convenient and simple. Overall great experience that really works for our busy schedule.
