had a blast today even by myself. the bathhouse has been redone since I was there last, and for a quarter you can secure your stuff in a small locker. but I did see some mold around the drain in the sink area, which is a concern. they certainly need a few more chairs and lounges. kids and parents were all well behaved. other reviews called in the lifeguards, but this year's batch were friendly and fair. I enjoyed swimming laps in the lane near the diving boards. I had a good morning and will definitely be back!

My husband and I drove out to have a fun day at the pool and saw the reviews were decent with this page. I have never been disrespected like this in my life at this place by the manager. I was wearing boy shorts no thong or anything revealing. The manager told me I was not allowed at this pool and I couldn’t be wearing anything like this at a family pool. My husband and I kindly pointed out that the lifeguards were not really wearing anything different and she let us know that they work there so it’s fine. Needless to say I have never been discriminated at public pool like this in my life. I’m sending this review out there to warn other girls. When confronted about the discrimination the managers only response was she wasn’t discriminating because I’m white. Please beware.

Love Southland pool! Always are favorite! But, wasn’t happy that it says online. Opens at 10:00!! Went at 10:30 on a Tuesday! Doors locked!! Lucky a playground close by! All other pools say 11:00!

Be aware you are not able to wear shirts or any clothing made from cotton. They don't have it posted anywhere but was advised when was wearing a T-shirt. Other than that it was nice

It’s normally a clean pool 80 percent of the time but when it’s not clean it’s not as much fun.Otherwise the pool and slide are very fun also the diving boards
