I have been using True Blue Pools for several years now. I have friends that constantly complain about their water not being clear. I take a sample to the store and they test it free of charge for me and I've never once had the pool turn cloudy on me. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly on every visit. Keep up the excellent service!

True Blue is a the best pool company in the city. 1. The staff is polite and very knowledgeable. 2. The 2 owners are the best. 3. They do not sell you stuff you do not need. 4. The crews that service our pools is the best in Lexington. 4. They do not show up late nor smoking on the job. I love this company. Wish I had known about them 4 years ago. Would have saved me tons of money of damaged equipment. The open and close my pools and I know they did it correctly. 5+ Stars!!!

They came to replace liner for me. I have to give one star since there are more and more issues. 1. They cut the light cable for easy work and claimed the light was bad anyway, need to be replaced. It actually worked just before they came. I have to buy a new one. They broke light niche too. 2. They try to seal the niche, but the pool is still leaking, water level 2" down every day. 3. They replace the motor, and the motor pipe joint is leaking after they left. 4. They ask me to keep pool water full so they can repair the leaking for me. For three weeks, I spend thousands of dollars water bill, they never successfully fix two leaking issues. True blue, please stop to charge several hundreds of dollars from my creditcard for every visit, you should repair the leaking and not on my cost since it is one job for replacing liner. Now you disappear, pool and motor pipe joint still leaking, please come to finish your job...........

We purchased a pool 3 years ago & the salt cell has already quit working, the pump has quit working & the heater has quit working! Every time we call we get a thousand reasons why they are not covered by warranty......they will be replacing the heater but not the pump or salt cell 😡. If you spend over 13,000.00 for a pool you would expect some kind of customer service. Nope!, not these guys! They don't care! After a month of hundreds of gallons of water leaking from our pool & several water bills over one hundred dollars, we were told today they aren't covering anything except the heater. This is not customer service, this is a complete "We don't give a shit after the sale" it's your problem if you get shitty equipment 😡😡 I would NOT purchase from them EVER again & regret not going with Aurora Pools in Lexington. Guess that's what we get for trying to save a little $$$$. You get what you pay for & lesson learned,!

We love True Blue! The staff is informative, fun, and friendly! This locally owned store installed our liner and even worked overtime to get it done before a graduation party! They test the chemicals and their advice is always spot on which saves us money.
