Best customer service! Friendly and knowledgeable staff will get your pool straightened out quickly. The store has everything you need at fair prices. They don't try to sell you things you don't need, very honest and helpful.

I just visited there, and they were matter of fact, clear in their explanations and answers to my questions, and did not try to sell me anything that i didn’t really need. I will always be using them from now on!

Lack of customer service after my pool was closed incorrectly. Owners won't take accountability. Had to book with a different pool company. Won't be buying or using thier services again
