Unfortunately, our experience at the pool was disappointing. There is no designated shallow area, which made it unsuitable for young children. The water was unclean, with visible debris including leaves and even a dead frog. Additionally, the pool opened 11 minutes late due to the lead lifeguard returning late from lunch. Once inside, the lifeguards appeared disengaged, sitting in the air-conditioned area and offering minimal customer service. Overall, the facility did not meet our expectations for cleanliness, safety, or hospitality.

I’m here 2:11pm on a Sunday, and it’s closed. No one visibly setting up inside the gates. All other NORD pools are closed on Sundays. I’ll redo review after actually visiting the pool! Monday 1:11pm. Lunch break is noon-1PM. There’s music on, someone is in the pool, but gates are locked. 1:15pm gate successfully opened. Pool was very clean, very nice and quiet day. Lifeguards are incredibly friendly and helpful. NORD needs to take control of the Google profile. It’s not longer associated with the Audubon Empire.

My friends and I came to this pool seeing the hours on the website for Sunday being 2pm to 6pm. When we pulled up the pool was closed and when we tried to call the number to see if maybe they had another pool opened up or something the line was disconnected. I don’t recommend checking hours online to see if something is open but then again you can’t call them either so idk what advice I could give somebody whether to come or not lol.

The life guards are very professional, always alert, keeps up the facility very well. I enjoyed it at Whitney Young. In my opinion it's the most well rounded NORD ran pool

I come here when I visit in the summer. It's a clean pool, not very busy. The best part is it's FREE!!
