My 2 kids have had swimming lessons with another company before, but it's with British Swim School that I have actually seen growth and progress. They are able to front stroke, back stroke and tread water in the deep end with ease. Every instructor we've had have been knowledgeable, courteous and extremely professional. The flexibility of available time slots throughout the week accommodates my busy schedule, which is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend British Swim School and continue to use them.

My son went to that school and he loved it. The teacher assigned to him was always attentive and thought him well. He attended swimming classes on Sundays and all the staffs were very nice and eager to assist with any needs. My family moved far away from the area and I am confident that my son will be able to excel wherever he goes. They will all be missed.

My mom and I had an uneventful first class at the Valley Stream location. The instructor Kat wasn't engaged or interested for the adult beginner level 1. I'm very new to swimming, yet she really wanted to work with more experienced male student. She didn't even try to adapt to new students and figure out a new learning approach. I had to ask Kat questions, tips etc to get her to show an attempt of being helpful. She couldn't even fake it for 30min. We were getting frustrated and I left the pool at 4:15 to avoid further frustration. Any adult beginners should avoid Kat because any lesson you get out of her can be easily googled searched or YouTube how to swim videos. Plus, she doesn't care and we are very disappointed with our first class. We will try another location and hopefully find instructors who are patient, attentive and experienced with all swim levels.

I give this program a 2 star because my kids did learn to swim when other kids was out of class .. However the the lessons are 30 min at $124 I believe a week which is the discount price I paid this for 3 kids each . During our lesson 3 other kids also was scheduled and there was only 1 instructor . None the less, all of the kids in that group was on different levels of swimming . So you cld imagine the confusion for the instructor. I think it was unfair to all the kids who were first time swimmers … and if we are going to pay for a group instruction please allow there to be enough teachers available to support the class . Also the swim class share the room with older adults do to it being inside a 24 hr fitness center / gym . Not returning !!

We love this school soo much! My daughter loves coming every week. The place is organized & clean. The instructors are extremely patient and kind! Sebastian is the best
