Absolute worst and very unprofessional, they keep change the class times and cancels the classes without any notice and I was promised a refund for the classes instructor did not showup but Naresh stopped responding in-spite of sending multiple followups, Instructor changes for almost every class and there won't be any continuity in learning. dirty pool and filthy Restrooms, don't risk your child health and Money, I would not recommend this unprofessional dirty swimming school at any one. stay way.

The teachers are good, but classes are constantly canceled due to pool issues. More than half the classes where canceled or rescheduled. Based on other reviews I see here, this has been a problem for years at this location. I would steer clear of signing up for classes at Clarion altogether.

Naresh Naresh Naresh horrible unprofessional. Apparently the classes are always cancel for various reason. I stop with British swimsuit and wanted a refund for the cancel class.. it’s May 2023 and still have not heard anything. It’s not my fault the class is cancel. Why can’t I get my refund. Beyond pathetic.

Naresh treats the employees badly, Naresh the boss is very irresponsible and immature. He passes off his responsibility to his employees and then doesn’t care what happens. The pool is very cold and the employees AND kids have told him and he says it’s fine without him ever going in the pool. Texts the employees 15 mins before they were told to come in that they don’t have to anymore. Don’t work here unless you enjoy getting treated badly.

Worst experience ever. The pool is awful and classes get cancelled all the time because of it. Instructors are nice but that don’t make up for the horrible structure.
