What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for a community or fitness center are mixed. One gym saw a significant decline in quality, service, and community engagement after a key staff member named Reggie left, with complaints about unresponsive customer service and poor equipment maintenance. In contrast, the JCC preschool and camp received high praise for its strong community and excellent early childhood director, Leslie. Another positive review highlighted Coach Asya for her exceptional ability to improve a child's swimming skills and confidence. However, a potential member reported a negative experience with customer service when trying to inquire about joining, and another review noted that membership pricing is considered excessive.

I used to genuinely enjoy coming to this gym, but ever since Reggie left, it’s gone completely downhill. The energy, the quality of service, and the overall experience just aren’t what they used to be. Reggie brought a level of professionalism, motivation, and care that made the gym feel welcoming and worth the time and money. Now? I don’t even bother coming anymore. The customer service has become unresponsive and disorganized. Equipment isn’t maintained the way it should be, and there’s no longer a sense of community or accountability. It honestly feels like no one is paying attention anymore. Whatever direction management decided to take after Reggie left was the wrong one. It’s a shame, because this place used to be great.
I have been a JCC parent for years. Our 3 kids have all gone through preschool there (and camp) and we have made so many friends and met so many wonderful families. It’s a great preschool but also an amazing community. And a shout out to Leslie, the early childhood director there who is the best!
Wanted to join, called them to ask a question and the person just transfer me without listening to see what is that I really need and what is my question and no one answered after I got transferred.
Coach Asya is awesome! We have seen so much growth in our 6 year old’s comfort and confidence in the pool. Her water awareness sense of safety, back floats for the length of the pool has been awesome to watch. We are so excited to see what she learns next as she would like to swim competitively one day.
Membership pricing is a bit excessive even with the amenities offered.
