Went to check this place out with my brother and the front desk young man was more than happy to show us around and tell us all the perks of the gym. He was very helpful and offered us the guest pass before committing. Which he didn’t have to do but we definitely appreciated the gesture, as many gyms would just want you to sign up. We ended up using the guest pass and I rly enjoyed this gym so much so I ultimately signed up as a member. Having disinfectant wipes available to wipe down the equipment is rly important to me. This gym has disinfectant wipe dispensers easily accessible throughout the entire gym. It’s so clean and the weights aren’t all over the place. These factors and the great staff had me sold!

I had a very disappointing experience at Omni Gym. On August 8, 2025,(10:30AM) the front desk staff member was extremely rude he hung up on me mid-conversation and didn’t even give me the chance to finish speaking. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. Additionally, be aware that canceling your membership is unnecessarily complicated. They require a 30-day notice, eventhough i canceled my membership still got charge for the month.you cannot cancel over the phone or online you are forced to go in person, which is very inconvenient. The gym itself is outdated and in serious need of upgrades. Many of the machines are old and not well-maintained. I would not recommend this gym to others. There are far better options with better equipment and far more respectful staff.

This gym is nice and mellow in atmosphere. It’s been here a while and it has enough equipment in it to get a good workout. Most people use the cleaning wipes to clean the machines when they’re done with them. The gym has two levels top level has free weights and machines plus aerobics machines in the mid level by the pool. There’s a pool that’s heated. It’s a four footer. And the lower level is an expanded area for CrossFit, fitness classes in the big training area behind glass and there’s an expanded powerlifting area. It’s a great place.

UPDATE: Although they weren't able to address my concerns immediately, the issue was resolved within a few days. Grateful that it's no longer a problem. Poor customer service – as with others, I found that when a problem arises, the front desk staff are not empowered to address customer concerns and manager Chris is unwilling to take action, resorting to his Pat response "I'm not sure where this conversation is going." Basic gym equipment and mostly clean, so it's OK until you have any type of concern.

Great gym! Love it. 👍🏼 Swimming pool is wonderful for doing some swim laps. Here’s the catch: Gym members get the lane towards the end and the swimming club/school uses the rest of the lanes. 🏊♂️ 🏊♀️ 👌🏼
