Guests frequently highlight the warm, professional, accommodating, and hardworking staff, and the strong sense of community it fosters for all ages and families. Many appreciate the diverse offerings, from playgrounds and social halls with catering to endless classes, fitness programs, and artistic/spiritual opportunities, describing it as a life-changing and serene environment. Really nice playground for kids, very accommodating staff. Social hall served us well with catering that was well done. Also ping pong tables pass the time nicely.
Amazing, sexy staff and members amazing atmosphere endless classes, galore, refined, sexy, intelligent people everywhere and a genuinely nice community for all ages. I recommended highly to everybody. Changed my life in every way imaginable; intensely incredible place for family friends and future endeavors. I recommend this place to every human being who wants to save and improve their lives.
A very warm welcome it's just the beginning of this immaculately clean Athletic Facility. It is filled with many warm and professional people that staff this great complex. I've been in gyms and fitness centers all over the world and this place is beautiful because it's so clean. It has much to offer families and little ones. It has a nice size gym for those who like that kind of exercise. It has a magnificent pool with lifeguards and a warmer pool for older people and it's bright filled with sunlight. The locker rooms are spotless. There's even coffee for the morning and a place to lounge and relax and just sit back and relax. It would be great if every community could have something like this but unfortunately that's not the case. I highly recommend this institution to the people of Tarrytown and neighboring places. I had an excellent tour and I'm going to become a member because I see the due diligence. That is most important. It's the workers that make a facility great not just the facility on its own. This well-run complex is a winner. If you're looking for some serenity in a peaceful, family environment, this place is highly recommended.
So I was given a pass waiver from the sleepy hollow hotel to attend this place because the pool was closed due to it only being open for Jewish men during my stay. So I took my pass and went here. While I was here I gave them my pass and was told that it was only good for me and not my three children. I was then told that I need to pay for my kids and sign paperwork. So I did that and then when I gave my paperwork the woman at the desk told me that I had to pay for hair caps to even get into the pool. If they would have told me that I would have to pay all of this before signing anything then I’d be okay. But I ended up walking out because they wasted my time. And mind you I had called before even going into the building. They could have saved me so much time and effort by letting me know over the phone. So no I do not recommend this place. Very unprofessional and rude. I was given an attitude by the stubby looking woman wearing the glasses.
The best community around! Offering amazing fitness programs to learning, artistic and spiritual opportunities. The staff: warm, open, fun and hard-working......2021.......things have inevitably changed per the pandemic. The staff remains amazing and hardworking. Follow up: And here it is 2022, almost 2023 - better than ever! So many opportunities for all. Thank you hardworking JCC leadership team, facilities and all teachers and coaches.!
