Inside the building and downstairs (elevator and stairs access). Great fitness center with aerobics machines and weights. Separate men's and women's hours 3 times a week. Full Olympic size swimming pool. Dry and wet sauna rooms. Showers and locker rooms. Mornings are less crowded than evening times. Open till midnight. Convenient for Frum Jews B"H. Thank you

Nice facilities but their prices and hours are insane. Highway robbery price for very limited hours of service.

The staff is nice and helpful.The place is clean. The pool and gym area are nice. And it not expensive to join .

A hidden gem in Brooklyn. This place is always clean and not too busy. Clean pool with a steam room and sauna. This place has separate men and womans hours. Great location great hours especially for people who work 9-5.

The Fitness Center is very well run. The center is always being cleaned up. The exercise instructors are professional and caring. The pool is clean and water temperature is great. Once in a while when there’s a water temperature issue it is taken care of . It’s a happy place and the people running it deserve a lot of credit.
