The swim school in Orlando, FL, appears to be staffed primarily by teenagers and swim instructors who seem poorly trained or untrained. Within the first 20 minutes of class, my child was traumatized by the experience. Additionally, the British Swim School operates with a questionable business model, continuing to withdraw monthly fees from your bank account without offering a straightforward way to cancel. When calling their phone number, I was met with someone who spoke limited English and provided vague, unhelpful responses instead of simply processing a cancellation. I strongly advise against enrolling your child in this program. Please consider an alternative swim school. I was charged $280 for a single class that left my child afraid of swimming again.

You don’t have a consistent instructor. Not only that, they all teach differently and use different language which can confuse children. I cancelled my enrollment but still had 3-4 make up sessions along with a $29.99 credit. They basically told me too bad so sad and in order to finish using my make up sessions, I had to pay $10 for each one. These classes were already paid for. Horrible and inconsistent service.

Signed up for lessons second week of February, they cancelled my first lesson 20 min before. I scheduled a make up- luckily they didn’t cancel that one. This would be her 3rd lesson and they just called to cancel it AGAIN 20 minutes before her lesson as we’re driving. So we’ve had ONE lesson but they already charged me $240 dollars. ONE LESSON SO FAR. They have teens working no one knows what’s going on when I call. Sasha was cool though for the one lesson we’ve had so far. Pretty much FIND ANOTHER “ SWIM SCHOOL “ and yes someone please call me if you read this.

If i can give a 0, I will. I dont give reviews alot but this one needs to be known. They always cancel without parents knowing. I had to cancel my daughter's membership because of the hassle theyve been doing

I signed my son up for a swim class, paid the entry fee and for 1 class. $69. The next day I was charged for the next entire month. To which I did not want to enroll my son in yet because I did not know how he would take the class. I wanted to do a trial run with the 1 class I signed up for. So I call to request a refund for the extra month that I was charged, and multiple phones calls, to be told the owner can only process refunds, also told the owner does not work onsite and can only be contact via messages. The staff states they are sending her messages but who really knows because after multiple phone calls I have yet to get my refund or yet to speak to this so called owner. Bad management, bad business etiquette. Will definitely not be enrolling me son now.
