What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this facility are mixed. Positive feedback highlights the 'super nice' young lifeguards, a generally 'nice pool' (8/10), and the facility being 'clean, well-maintained, and accessible.' Some visitors enjoy recreational activities like basketball and barbecuing. However, significant concerns were raised regarding staff welfare on hot days, with lifeguards reportedly 'roasting' without adequate provisions like fans or cold water. Customer service issues included a 'strange encounter' with a rude staff member (possibly manager) who provided unhelpful, noncommittal answers about pool hours, was impatient with a selective mute individual, and led to the pool being closed during posted hours. There are also serious safety concerns, with one review warning that the environment is 'not welcoming' due to theft by teens and young children, advising visitors to 'avoid attending if possible'.

The young life guards are super nice kids. On hot days, they should be providing fans, and cold water bottles for their staff. Seems like the lifeguards were just out there roasting. They did get a break, and we decided to leave as we felt bad we were just one of two families swimming, and it was really hot. Thanks for watching over my family while we cooled off.
Strange encounter with rude staff (possibly the pool manager); when asking about expected pool hours for the coming weeks, recieved noncomital answers. When asking when the next likely opening would be if theres no schedule yet, was accused of "having a tone" for being confused about lack of answers. Was rushed impatiently for not asking my questions fast enough (which is difficult for me as a selective mute who has difficulty with phrasing). Quickly lost interest in communicating with that staff member and likely lost my own temper due to the lack of patience; if you, that specific employee, see this: dont know why you bothered to stop and ask if i had questions if you were in such a hurry to leave, although i apologize for cursing. Summary: Pool was closed during posted hour, no expected time for next opening was offered. Staff memebers inside the building were much nicer and calmer, but do to seperate management of pool facility, were unable to answer any questions. Would not visit facility again for personal use if the impatience is a normal factor, as it would be unsafe for my personal disability. Facility seems otherwise clean and well maintained and otherwise very accessible.
Stay very alert , not a welcoming environment..the teens and young children will steal Anything it seems - as that's heart breaking because it exposes the poverty Level of the surrounding's ....it also makes dangerous for visitors so avoid attending if possible.
