We stayed at Dockside. It is a very nice big resort. Large beautiful beach like pool, game/arcade room, Starbucks, restaurant with several options to choice from, & a gift shop all in location. Buses to take you to and from the parks. Really enjoyed our stay. Was very relaxing.

Great service-minded staff. Huge comfortable pools despite the 1,000 rooms per building. Pool is open until 11pm. Great for after an all day at a theme park. Rooms are clean and spacious. The restaurant food is good and the variety is impressive. The buses roll all day to the parks which eases travel to the parks. We will return.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Great service, plenty of parking, great location to universal studios. As a guess, this hotel provides free transportation to and from universal parks with park entry tickets. Busses leave every 15 minutes.

Check-in was quick and easy, and they were so friendly. loved they text to check in on us. Thank you, Megan! When we called down for some towels, they came up so quick. We always get a refillable cup for universal, so we added to our collection of hotel refillable cups. The bus shuttle was so convenient and pleasant. We had no issues with our wheelchairs on the bus, so it definitely makes this a better choice for us. We will be back! Beds were comfortable, and from other reviews, we were surprised at how quiet it was. We got adjoining rooms, and we didn't hear them even when I knew they were watching cocomelon 😅.(having youtube app on TV was an added plus) The tvs do have a cap at 19, so some things were harder to hear. The shower was hot and pressure decent. The steak quesadilla and fries from downstairs were good. The Starbucks in the lobby was super convenient and quick. The pool was refreshing and fun. The kids enjoyed the arcade as well.

Very clean hotel. Pretty lobby. Had a bar. Gift shop. Two pools. Bars by the pool. Cafeteria style food area with lots of different food options. The room was basic but had everything you'd need. Mini fridge. Charging ports by the bed. AC worked great. They have lots of parking. They charge you per night for it. Use you room key to get in and out of the parking lots. They have a complementary shuttle that runs till 1am to bring you to and from universal. With your room they also allow you into the park an hour early. Which is a great plus.
