This is a nice relaxing ride involving a ring type ride on a slow moving river around a central portion of the park. It can get very busy, but due to its slow pace it isn't too much of an issue. This is the same as all these types of ride and can be pleasant in the warm Floridian sun.
This is a super relaxing, yet exciting water ride, in which you must get into an inflatable float, which you put your body in and relax your legs and enjoy the ride! This ride lasts for about 3 minutes, as the River slowly flows your body and relaxes you. There is a lifeguard every 200 feet, making sure that you are correctly in the raft and obeying the rules on the warning sign, which I saw before the ride started. Occasionally, you will get a bunch of water showered on you for 3 seconds, since there are waterfalls every 45 seconds. During the ride, you go through a big cave, which has a few waterfalls, as well as several glowing crystals, and in my opinion, the cave part is something that everyone should definitely try out when they come here. As you leave the cave, there are 2 more waterfalls, that shower upon you and then, you can experience the most relaxing part of all: looking at the clear blue sky for 10 seconds, and just relax all of your muscles in your body. 😉😇😁😄However, when those 10 seconds are over, you must go back in the upright position and make sure that you don’t inadvertently bump into anyone. The ride goes one for 2 minutes, as you go under several pedestrian bridges, where all the tourists can watch you chilling on those floats, as they say “We need to try that, ‘cuz it looks like a whole lotsa fun!😉😁😄😊” After slowly gliding underneath the pedestrian bridges, the ride continues for another 30 seconds, as you continue to feel like you are in Heaven, and then, you safely arrive back at where you started, and then you take off the float that was around your body, then you give it to the next civilian to calmly enjoy! AWESOME SAUCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Kopiko Wai Winding River is a gentle and relaxing slow moving river that encircles the inner most parts of the park. The river features multiple water jet sections as well as a water jet section that does pass by the children's play area that has turning water jets that may be aimed at you. Also, the winding river does go underneath the Volcano itself allowing guests to have a beautiful view of lights underneath the volcano. However, in order to get in and out of the Volcano section you will be passing underneath two large waterfalls, one on each end. You will get wet in this river unless you are actively dodging all of these. If you don't mind getting wet and cooling off while gently floating or swimming down the river then this would be for you!
Great lazy river. Strong current, lots of tubes, and lots of opportunities to get wet. It goes under bridges where people can use their tapu tapus to activate fountains, geysers, and other elements to get you wet. The best part is when you go inside a lava cave with big fountains and pretty lights.
This was a great lazy river! Highly recommend. I only didn't love some of the high-pressure waterfalls that were hard to avoid.
