Now this is insane cleaning and fixing things by when we’ve not even suppose to be doing all that I have a daughter with autism when she can barely understand what is actually happening we been suffering the past 3 days without ac. We have a mold infestation where I end up at the hospital with a strep throat infection due the mold. My stepdad went to the office and only thing they did it was to paint brush the mold over the mold that is coming out. My stepdad is more quite but I couldn’t handle anymore and I don’t want someone else goes thru what we been dealing with DO NOT LEASE PLEASE or beware of the consequences. Also I wanted to thank Allison Maldonado for helping us to move in since day one she haved the best intentions but other than that there’s nothing else positive I could say so far sadly. Also I wanted to mention that I lost most of the things and stuff due a bad practice they made on the second floor causing a huge flooding inside the the apartment and at the second floor unit that happened on September 7 2022. Also my daughter has been having allergies and she does not use to suffer any allergies at all, and my Mother as well with same problem. Also last time it rain causing a huge flooding inside the porch and the water went inside the living room and Master bedroom and to sum it all up this is how the community pool looks like

BEWARE WITH THIS COMPANY. Diamond equity is horrible at times I wonder if they are even legit. The apartments look nice but need a lot of work; there mold, roaches and my ac unit broke offended. They take their time fixing things as well. I also moved out 07/31/2025 and haven’t got my $3500 deposit back. I contacted them multiple times and gotten no respond so now I must come out of pocket to file legal documents. Please save yourself the headache from the people do not rent here. Please feel free to contact me I will show you all the proof, Also write me if you have a similar situation we can help each other the most evidence the better.

🎤🎙️ I REPEAT DO NOT LEASE HERE!!! SLUM LORD 🚨 ALERT This is the worst apartment that I have ever lived in in my life when I first moved here everything seemed OK yeah they claim to have remodeled the unit what they did was they put a Band-Aid on it they look good but don’t you dare do it firstly when you put a work order in they are notorious for closing out work orders as completed even though they haven’t been done. Secondly they have a very bad mold issue because they always have water leaks and they don’t come and they don’t fix the water leaks they are liars they’re going to tell you that you’re lying and that this is not what’s going on but yet we’re the ones here experiencing it and what they also do is they delete review so anytime they delete this I will continue to put it up because it will help someone else from going through this nightmare. The mold is coming through the vents and through the walls and they don’t wanna fix it there’s a problem with roaches but let them tell it when I moved here I moved here from Ohio drove over 16 hours to get here and the property manager told me I brought the mold with me everyone know that it’s impossible to Do And there’s also roaches but he tells me I’m the only unit that’s having this problem that this with the roaches are coming from somewhere cause I’ve never lived with roaches this is new they don’t like to exterminate they don’t pay their bills and it’s proven but they’re a bunch of liars they’re going to lie they’re probably gonna try to take this review down and they’re gonna tell me this is my fault but I’m gonna also attach pictures because you know documentation beats conversation any day I’m so glad that I was able to break this lease and be able to move out of here I have less than a week left here from the date of this Review but if I can save another family the headache take your money elsewhere do your due diligence because like I say the units look good because they put a Band-Aid on it but they don’t fix anything. The air conditioner went out like 3 weeks ago and they haven’t attempted to fix it which it can’t be fixed because they don’t make the parts for the outdated units. They was told to put a new one in but good luck with that. Now there’s a sewer backup and I’m sure that won’t get fixed either. I would have given 0 stars if I could…. 🎙️🎤DO NOT LEASE HERE!!!

Don’t move here it snakes out there water leaking and the house the pool is green and there coyotes out there homeless people tennis court is dirty Office is dirty playground is and the woods is nothing there the apartment is old and is a ghost town the sign is not there
