What are people saying (AI review summary)? This community facility, often associated with Gleason Park, is widely praised as a 'treasure' for its clean, heated, and temperature-controlled 25-yard outdoor pool offering lap lanes and supported by friendly, knowledgeable lifeguards. While one reviewer noted a high individual resident fee for Satellite Beach ($500), most found the daily rates, non-resident day pass ($4), and particularly the family annual memberships (around $150) to be very inexpensive. The surrounding Gleason Park is consistently described as gorgeous and immaculate, featuring extensive amenities like playgrounds, biking and walking trails with exercise stations, a beautiful natural lake with wildlife, and hosting various classes (e.g., swimming, painting), holiday events, and an annual arts and crafts fair. Visitors are cautioned that the pool hours can be 'weird' and recommend checking them beforehand.

Great community pool for serious swimmers and casual water lubbers alike. Reasonable daily rates and annual membership fees, too. 👍
$500 for INDIVIDUAL Satellite Beach residents?!? Come on IHB…we are neighbors!
Only $4 for a non resident day pass! I was there from 9:30am-12:30pm on a Wednesday, and there were a few people swimming laps but it was pretty quiet. Lifeguards were friendly. Pool seems clean and was a comfortable temperature. Their hours are kind of weird so research or call before you go! The surrounding park looked gorgeous - I’ll be back to walk my dogs there!
This place and the people who run it are a great treasure. I've been swimming in the sparkling clean, temperature controlled pool for 16 years now, my grandchildren have taken many classes, including swimming, painting, and of course the holiday events for as many years. The arts and crafts fair/sale every year is unique and held around the beautiful lake. Playgrounds for the kids, biking and walking sidewalks with exercise stations find haven for families and fitness buffs. The grounds are immaculate and beautiful. Meetings, lessons, and a grand room for hosting events. I'm sure I'm leaving something out, but the best part is the community of staff and park participants. Stop me, or I'll go on forever.
Great heated 25 yard pool that offers lap lanes for swimmers just about everyday of the year. The pool is outdoors and offers outdoor showering in addition to indoor showering and bathrooms. I love the beautiful tropical trees, bushes and flowers that surround this pool. There is even a shaded seating area for parents to watch their children as the kids take swimming lessons or workout during swim practice. The lifeguards are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. My wife and I have purchased family year-long swim passes for the past 11 years and are blown away by how inexpensive this is! Only around $150/year for the family pass! Also, this pool is located in Gleason Park, which offers a large playground for kids, a gorgeous and large naturally occurring lake where many types of birds and turtles live, workout stations and a large paved trail that passes along the entire perimeter of the lovely park. You must visit and enjoy this park. Finally, the pool is right next door to the civic center, city hall and police department in the heart of Indian Harbour Beach.
