This place is very clean. Restroom, locker room, and sauna. plenty of equipment and very well spaced apart. No need to worry about elbow room #lol the staff very friendly always smiling, ready to assist if needed. The new fitness director was knowledgeable with training you on the equipments. Really, he was a professional during my assessment. Contributing to the fact that he himself is a trainer, helps tremendously. Thank you.

This location does not have cameras to monitor your car in parking lot. Be Aware! This facility is a total CIRCUS. Is run by inexperienced managers and unprofessional staffing. They all need training on how to maintain they facility clean to meet members needs, and how to treat their members with respect and appreciation. Not clean in bathrooms, toilet papers in the floor. No cleaning wipes throughout the facility. When asked for wipes at the front desk they recommended - pointed to look at 2 different places downstairs - there was none. Then they recommended to go upstairs and that was empty as well. See the pictures posted. Such a SHAME we are paying about $40 monthly just to be prone to infections and diseases. Management and young staff cares less about customer service as they’re too busy starring at their phones or hanging out in front desk showing each other videos on their phones. Think twice before you join this particular location. What a Shame!!

First time visiting LAFitness while traveling. Club was exceptional. Was able to find every piece of equipment i needed for my workout. Only downside was cleanliness of the bathroom. It stunk like pee and the sanitary bins were overflowing

I went for my husband. He signed up. After the paperwork was finished we walked around and saw all the equipment available, the pool and available classes. Clean, large and nice.

Agree 100% with Lola’s review. “Management” seems to be raised by social media like the rest of their sad generation and lacking manners in dealing with people. Yesterday they were harassing old lady. Female manager refers to all male members as “love” before proceeding to harass them about petty stuff. I’m not your love don’t call me that
