Jeff put our pool in 20 years ago and it has been super. It looks new, we totally enjoy it, and Aquasun still services it with closings and openings. Whenever we have had questions or issues we have received great service.

Jeff assigned project manager Chris to our storm repair project in spring 2021. Zero communication from Chris throughout entire demo/reno project which took months instead of weeks (no supply chain challenges). Difficult getting a hold of Jeff. Company was transitioning their billing software which became a nightmare for us, as they were not able to process our checks and put the blame on us. Place of business was not listed accurately at the time. Utterly overwhelmed on management and construction project management side. Only positive was the pool service side which was assigned to post construction clean ups and sent us service summaries.

Big Leo

Poor communication and lousy service sum up my dealings with this company. Dropped off a pool cleaner 2 months ago and it is still not even tested, let alone repaired. I purposefully dropped it off in April so it would be ready by the time my pool was open. No such luck. It is also worth noting that the only time I ever received an update on the status of the repair (or lack thereof) was when I called. Not once did I receive an update from them. Total joke...avoid these guys.

Dropped a pool pump off two weeks ago. I have called daily for 10 days no response. Left contact info every time . I had to call Hayward to get involved because they sent me to them for the warranty work for pump. Terrible service and communication .

Jeff came out today to look at my broken spa heater. Gave me a couple possible logical solutions that he will send me a quote for soon. Looking forward to getting the job done. Will update this review upon completion of the work.
