Pool is a bit old, but seems clean. Staff is extremely friendly and front desk peeps are kind & informative. Swim teachers for kids are EXTREMELY dedicated and life guards are on the look out! Definitely a great experience!

The staff is usually full of young people but they are pretty efficient and most of them are very very helpful and give you service with a smile I think overall it's a very well run facility with a great staff.

I’ve been to several pools in the Raleigh parks and rec system and Millbrook is my favorite. The staff is so kind! The locker rooms are clean, and the pool is always in pristine condition. I did some swim classes here with my son and had a great experience!
