Talk about a company that went above and beyond expectations. I called Chris to get a water delivery, living on well water I didn't want to fill the above ground pool from the well. I was concerned that I was not going to be home the day the water was scheduled to arrive and I told Chris about this. He sent a couple of his guys that had experience filling these pools to help reposition the legs as the pool filled. This was not something I was expecting, I was planning on doing that work myself as he took care of his part which was bringing the water. I arrived home later in the day to find everything had been taken care of, and everything was ready for my wife to enjoy a swim in the pool the very same day. Two thumbs up would not hesitate to recommend. Call and talk with him if you have any questions, they provide a full range of services, great customer service was just a nice bonus on top of everything.

One star is too much, they are zero stars in my opinion. Last year we booked this company for an event for a big SPCA fundraiser, and they delivered the water tank but without the needed parts and we were unable to get the water out of the tank. The owner was in Mexico, and there was nobody on his staff who could come and help us fix that problem. So we had no water for an event with 5000 people. We called them about working with us again this year (unfortunately they are the only water vendor in Reno that provides bulk water for people to fill their water bottles with at an event) and they assured us everything would go smoothly and then they no showed our event even after I spoke with them 12 hours prior confirming everything. No phone call, no text, even after I left them frantic voicemail messages this morning. I don’t know how they stay in business… Very frustrating!

My water well failed and I had to have a new well done. I found Chris and his company and they saved me !! I was able to rent a 2000 gallon water tank and tie it into my home water system! This company is wonderful!!! They have been amazingly dependable and willing to work very late to make sure I have water when I need it. Can’t recommend them enough !!! Will absolutely use them again !!!

What a joke. Terrible communication, cant get water where it needs to go, way over priced for storage containers. Asked for alternative solutions since they were afraid of our delivery location, then they ghosted us. Its only water, you know, for living?... No big deal....You're better off filling up out of a garden hose at a laundry facility. Not customer centric at all. Try other options first!

Great experience filling our pool. They were available the next day for service, driver was prompt and polite. Pool was filled in 2 quick loads, no mess, no hassle! Would recommend to anyone with fresh water needs.
