SOOOO INCREDIBLE!! I’m crying!! I’ve always DREAMT of having a hot tub and we moved into a home where the previous owner had a hot tub but it was broken… I knew it was a far off dream but Andrew came by and within a couple of hours he swapped out a heating element and rewired a couple things and just like MAGIC it’s up and running!! Just in time for fall and the cooler weather. I can’t say thank you enough!!! We will only be using Western Hot Tub & Supply from here on out!!!

They were friendly and all and my hot tub is better then it was but I won't use em again. There was tons of missed spots in the curves and nooks and crannies. I paid for the one time cleaning and then an hour or so later was told I owe another 200 and some odd bucks for 2 generic filters and 2 chemicals. Oh on Amazon I woulda spent about fifty. Also took my old filters I thought were gonna be cleaned so I have a spare set. Oh and don't fall for the song and dance about the filters being cheaper. The generic filters (that suck btw) cost bout 12 bucks. They charged me 74 each. I can get the bullfrog through bullfrog for 94 for a 2 pack. I should have asked what it's gonna cost and that's my bad. Don't make my mistake.

They were very informative in helping us to select our new hot tub. Installation was fast efficient, they also stock the supplies needed to keep the water balanced. The entire experience was low pressure, I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We never have to worry about our hot tub water with the service we receive from Western Hot Tub & Supply. They show up every week, run a water test, and make any adjustments necessary while also helping keep our tub and filter clean. They do the work so we can just enjoy our hot tub.
