About

Seasonal water park for kids (particularly those between 4 and 12 years old), featuring slides, splash areas and lounge chairs.

Specific, officially published pool temperatures for Antioch Water Park are not consistently available. However, typical for recreational water parks, it is generally understood that leisure pools, the lazy river, and children's areas are maintained at comfortable swimming temperatures, usually ranging from the low to mid-80s Fahrenheit (approximately 27-30°C) during operating hours, while the lap pool may be slightly cooler.

What are people saying (AI review summary)? The water park generally offers an affordable and enjoyable experience for families, especially with young children, thanks to dedicated toddler areas, splash pads, and various pools. Guests appreciate the ample shade, grassy spots, availability of life vests, and the option to bring their own food, though on-site food and snack options are also available. However, common criticisms include several water features, slides, and pools frequently being out of order, leading to a perception of limited activities for the full price. Many visitors also reported issues with the cleanliness and maintenance of locker rooms and bathrooms, citing broken showers and unsanitary conditions. Additionally, some staff, particularly lifeguards, were described as either overly intrusive or lacking general park knowledge. Despite these shortcomings, many families, especially those whose children had a great time, expressed a willingness to return.

The water Park was affordable for a family of three. It had two options to get food and drink. There was plenty of shade and grassy area. They had toddler water slide with a 2ft pool which is great for Littles who are not confident enough to swim in big pool. The splash pad was also a fun way to cool off. I do wish however more of the difference water features and pools were working and open. I also found the locker room and bathroom to be a bit on the dirty side. All in all we had a great time and would go back again.

The place is kinda small with not much to do. Some of the slides were broken too, but they still charge full price for a less than 100% experience. Some of the lifeguards inject themselves a bit more than necessary as well. My daughter was given a blue wristband which means she doesn’t need a life vest. However, a life guard asked if I needed a life vest for her. I said no because she can swim well enough and I was with her the whole time. She secretly called her supervisor who came over and pressured me into a life vest anyways. Extremely unprofessional of both of them. I ended up taking the vest off her because the bulkiness made it harder for her to swim. Another life guard told me not to swim under the blue lily pads even though I wasn’t, I was just went over to it after my daughter fell off to help guide her away from the pads. In short, the park needs to fix their stuff or offer discounts, and the life guards need to be trained better at to what the rules of the park are and stop unnecessarily injecting themselves into everything. I’m sorry if you’re all bored at work, but don’t entertain yourselves by bothering me.

As a first timer I really enjoyed myself with the kiddos. There’s plenty of spots to bring your lawn chairs, canopies, and blankets. It’s cool you can bring your own food but the food here is really good. I recommend the chicken strips! I asked a couple of staff members questions but they didn’t have the answers and told me to find another associate. They can definitely work being more knowledgeable about other areas at this water park besides where they are stationed at. Lastly the locker rooms need renovation. Some of the showers weren’t working, debris in the drain and feces on the wall. It was really busy today so maybe they just didn’t get to the bathrooms yet. Overall I would come back because my kids had a great time and that’s what’s important to me.

Came on a Saturday at noon. Plenty of parking, no wait to get inside. Lots of trees and lawn for shady spots to sit. Didn't have a problem finding a spot. Various pools to swim, one for the smaller kids, another for bigger kids, a lap pool and a splash pad. Slides, waterfalls. Chairs and life vests to use. Allowed to bring food which was great. Fun time!
