My scottie got a grooming at BFF dogs recently. He has never looked better! He is an older dog, with some health issues. He was treated with care and gentle hand, came happy and looking great. The place is beautiful and people I came in contact with are wonderful. Scheduling was super easy and parking not a problem at all. They also do boarding and daycare which we haven’t tried yet. Highly recommend!

I heard about BFF Dogs through a friend and was excited to learn about a place like this in the neighborhood. I booked a last-minute appointment for Cosmo to get the bath package, and they were super accommodating. Victor was especially helpful, and Cosmo came out fluffy and clean! It’s so convenient to have a spot nearby that offers grooming, baths, and boarding. I’m looking forward to trying out more of their services!

I brought my two dogs in for a self wash and had a great experience! My dogs are older and very set in their ways, but Lillian and Ryanne (I may have spelled that wrong) were so accommodating and worked to help my sons and I while we washed the dogs. The business is brand new, but their customer service is at a level of place that has been around a long time. The place was clean and set up well and I was impressed with the variety of services they provide. I usually cut my own dogs nails, but it can be a wrestling match, so I decided to have Ryanne do it. She was great, taking a minute to understand each dogs quirks. She was fast and efficient and was able to use the dremel, which my dogs will not tolerate at home. I will be going back when my dogs need another bath for sure! And if I don't feel like wrestling, I will have their nails trimmed as well. By the way, there is plenty of free parking! This is a great new SF business that I wish all the best and want to see around for a long time!
