This place is awesome, and they’ve really helped my dog. She is old and has severe arthritis, the ladies here take great care of her and the massages they give make a big difference in her quality of life. The heated pool is great, she is able to swim and get her energy out in a therapeutic setting with very low impact on her joints.

This place is wonderful. Our dog Pepsi had a wonderful time on his first visit. He enjoyed his first swim ever with Robin. Robin immediately made him feel comfortable and safe, and within a few minutes Pepsi was swimming without any assistance! This truly was a great experience for our dog and we will be back often!

Extremely unprofessional experience. I would not recommend booking here. They canceled my appointment just two hours before the session, despite me confirming my attendance the day before. The reason? They claimed they hadn’t received my intake form — even though I was still completing it and fully intended to submit it prior to arrival. What’s even more frustrating is that there was no option to fill out the form in person, despite the flood of confirmation texts I received beforehand. This class books out well in advance, and I had rearranged my entire schedule to make it work — blocking off time and making multiple adjustments to fit it in. To have it canceled last minute, without any flexibility or solution, is incredibly disappointing. And to top it all off, I still haven’t received a refund. Completely unacceptable and poorly managed.

Love this place! Robin is amazing and my anxious pup is so comfortable with him and really enjoys swimming! Great form of exercise and makes us much more comfortable having him around water.

I called to get information about the place , I thought you could just go in and swim. I lost all interest when the reception didn't sound like she wanted to help, also said I can just figure it out online, and she sounded disappointed I was taking interest in Rex Center. Alot of unnecessary questions were being asked and it just sound like it was too much trouble for her.
