Transpartent POOL Service Tech Fernando is respect worthy, very kind and friendly person. He services my pool 1x a week. He cleans the leaves out from the bottom of my pool and any small debri that falls in. Puts pool chemicals in as needed. Keeps pool chemical levels to top measures to stay looking blue, sanitized and clear. He can be counted on to service your pool to satisfaction. I recommend Transparent pool service. *

Fernando is a nice person and he did a great job restoring our water to swimmable status. However, it went downhill from there. We soon discovered he is very inexperienced and unprofessional. He’d say he knew how to do things but would then have to bring in third parties. Said he brushed but then when I watched him (and the assistant he would sometimes send) neither of them would brush. They would spend five minutes pouring in chemicals and then leave. Would sometimes not show when he’s supposed to without any communication, which is hard when the pool can’t be used after he comes. One time he didn’t show he tried to send his assistant the next day on a Saturday without any heads up and while we were swimming. It also happened to be the hottest day of the year. Lol. It was ridiculous. I definitely do not recommend Transparent Pool Services. It’s like having a couple of inexperienced high school kids maintaining your pool. You deserve someone who is mature, responsible, honest, and a strong communicator.
