Heated community pool featuring lap swimming, diving boards, classes, lessons and water slides.
The facility offers a lap pool typically maintained around 80.5°F (26.9°C), a warm water pool at approximately 90.5°F (32.5°C), a leisure pool around 87.5°F (30.8°C), and a hot tub generally set to 102-104°F (38.9-40°C).
What are people saying (AI review summary)? The pool receives mixed reviews, highlighting both its strengths and significant areas for improvement. Positively, the water is generally clean and warm, lifeguards are attentive, and it offers lessons for children and those with disabilities. It features two indoor pools: a cold lap pool and a smaller, warm pool ideal for kids, with specified family open swim times. However, major complaints revolve around the lack of private shower/changing areas, which poses a challenge for parents with young children of the opposite sex (e.g., a 7-year-old), as they are directed to often-occupied handicapped showers without clear signage or communication of this policy. Recreational swimmers have reported frustration over unannounced pool closures or private lessons, being unexpectedly kicked out, and denied refunds due to information not clearly communicated at the time of entry. Lap swimmers frequently express dissatisfaction with chaotic conditions, including pools being overcrowded with small children or entirely occupied by swim teams during designated 'lap swim' hours, compounded by the absence of a circle swimming policy. Reviewers suggest a strong need for better management, clearer communication of schedules, and dedicated lap swim hours to prevent frustration, with some considering canceling their memberships due to these ongoing issues.

Our favorite pool. The only complaint is there's no private shower/changing area. There's little consideration for parents with young children of opposite sex. A 7 yo boy accompanied by his mother or 7 yo girl accompanied by her father, for example, are not allowed in the shower of their parents' gender. This is enforced but no signage or written anywhere. They can only use the two handicapped showers by the lobby, but priority is rightfully for handicapped users. When they are occupied, we are left waiting in the cold breezy area. The pool holds lessons for handicapped and children of all ages, which is great, more accommodation for their privacy is needed.
They have two indoor pools: cold one with lanes for swimming and a warm one smaller but great for kids. Family open swim time is Sunday 12-2, Saturday 2-4 and a few more options in the week. Adults are $7, kids $6.
We go here for private classes. The water is always clean and warm. I really appreciate they do have the lifeguards on duty and they are always very attentive.
I rarely leave reviews but this was horrible. Checked the website to see hours and the pools they have, said the warm pools were open for free swim on the website. Went at 3pm and was promptly kicked out before 4 pm since both pool areas were being used for private lessons. We paid 14 dollars to step into the pool once and we were refused a refund because it's on a sheet of paper at the front desk that the clerk never mentioned when we got there. Just sign in and pay and then go get kicked out. Maybe a warning or mention that the pool was going to be closed would have made us turn around right at 3pm when we got there. Probably great for lessons but don't go here if you want to swim recreationally!
Facility is clean & well-run, but lap swimming is kinda a mess. I’ve been going to this facility for about 6 months, and it is almost always filled with small children that are difficult to swim around. There have also been many instances where I come during hours open to “lap swim” and the entire pool is taken up by a swim team for swim practice. Moreover, when 2 or more adults are in one lane during lap swimming, no circle swimming policy is in place, so it’s a chaotic mess of people trying to swim around one another. I often leave lap swim sessions frustrated and feeling like I’ve wasted my money, because it’s very difficult to get a quality lap swim session in. If managers are reading this, I’d highly recommend creating distinct LAP SWIM hours where there are no small children at risk of getting trampled by adults trying to lap swim nor swim teams taking up the entire pool. It’s not the children’s fault nor the fault of the swim team at all; management needs to create a better, safer lap swim system where there is space and dedicated time for lap swimming to occur. I’m personally considering ending my membership here and joining LA Fitness to swim there if this continues to be a poorly managed facility.
