What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews present a mixed view of the facility. Positives include a structured assessment and progress tracking system for swim lessons (skill-based, not age-based), small class sizes (max 5 kids per lane), a clean pool with a wide kiddy pool, and generally nice staff. Many lifeguards on duty contribute to a feeling of safety, and public swim times are accessible. However, significant concerns were raised regarding youth swim lessons, which were described as poor quality with low standards, leading to no improvement for children. Issues included frequent late starts, early finishes, minimal actual swimming, excessive talking/breaks, and young, inexperienced instructors who are perceived to lack teaching skills and training. There was also a specific complaint about a young male lifeguard who yelled at children, causing distress. Other criticisms included cold shower water, an often busy kids' pool, and the need for speed-specific signs in lap swimming lanes to prevent mixed-speed frustration.

My son was assessed before I signed him up for lessons. He was evaluated every 4 lessons to determine whether he could advance to the next level, with a report card to track his progress. The assessment wasn't based on his age but rather on his skill level. Spacious. 5 kids max in one lane.
This review is for their swim lessons specifically for the youth. I haven’t witnessed the other lessons but if same instructors more than likely same standards and quality ☹️. If you want good quality and high standards swimming lessons for your young ones, THIS IS NOT IT! Do not waste your time and money! More importantly your child’s time, effort, potential and opportunity to improve. Your child will not improve with their swimming lessons. This was a downgrade for us and regretted signing up from the first day of lesson. Lessons are 45 minutes, instructors drag their feet getting set up for the first lesson. They never start on time (always late every week) but they will finish on time or early😁 A lot of talking and breaks, very minimum swimming. Instructors don’t really teach anything as they probably lack of teaching experience themselves because the instructors are young adults and look like high school students or just recently graduated of high school. We are really disappointed with the program. Whoever is leading these young instructors, really need to turn this program around. Instructors needs training themselves to be effective and really help and push each students to improve. To add, one of their young male lifeguards will traumatise your young one as he do not hesitate to yell at them if they unintentionally violate one of their rules. Like he was talking to his younger siblings🤦♂️
The public swim time is open to everyone, making it accessible for all. There were a lot of people in the kids’ pool on Sunday, which made it quite busy. Also, the shower water in the bathroom was quite cold, which wasn’t ideal after swimming. I hope they provide more hot water so people can shower comfortably. On the positive side, I appreciated that they had many lifeguards on duty, which made the environment feel safe. Overall, it’s a decent place for a swim, but a few improvements would make it even better.
Decent pool. It would be helpful if the lap swimming lanes had general signs for different speeds. It is very common to have significantly mixed speeds in one lane, which is a poor experience for everyone
The pool isn’t that long but it’s very clean. There is also a wide enough kiddy pool. Staff is super nice
