First time swimming here at this facility. It’s fantastic. My favorite was warming up in the diving pool before racing. I look forward to swimming here again hopefully short course next time. Everyone is grateful that this facility exists.

High quality swim lessons. Students need to demonstrate competency to advance to the next level. Lessons come with 6 (approx) admissions to the open swim time. Great program. Dislike that they close down the pool for maintenance during peak swimming season and the lack of weekend swim times.

It is a great place for swimming events. But the seating area is stadium like and has extremely steep stairs and no handrails. I watched a majority of the people, including children take one step at a time, going both up and down. If you fell, you could land at the 1st row and the bench seating has metal around the edges. Plus the top step is higher than the rest of the stairs making it very difficult without a handrail to leave if you have mobility issues.

Lessons registration is ridiculous!! For most lessons the website says to call them or register in person. We called them and they say to do it online or person. We ended up going there just to be received by a really rude (old dark haired) lady at the front desk. She obviously is not aware of what the website says. Refusing to help or explain anything about the enrollment process. She just kept repeating "Do it yourself online" and "there's nothing I can do".
