Absolutely amazing! I can’t wait to return. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the number of complimentary amenities really stood out—aromatherapy, tea, and sparkling water, just to name a few. The snowballs in the pools and saunas were such a refreshing touch. Truly a five-star experience! My only mixed feelings is I want to tell everyone I know but I know too many people and don’t want to blow up the spot 😂 go treat your self this was some of The best $ spent I can think of in awhile so close to my house hidden gems thank me later your welcome
Loved our experience here! The perfect relaxing atmosphere for a solo or date night. I really like that they had 2 different saunas plus a steam room. They have different circuit recommendations for whether you want to relax, detox, or energize. That was very helpful to plan out and use all the amenities. So glad there is a spa like this in Seattle now. Would definitely recommend checking Soak & Sage out!
Soak and Sage is such a wonderful and inviting wellness spa! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome, they were so friendly, informative, and attentive. The spa itself is spotless, very clean, and well-kept, which made the experience even more relaxing. We especially loved exploring the variety of saunas and pools it felt like there was something new to enjoy at every turn. The atmosphere was both calming and rejuvenating, and everything was thoughtfully designed to help you unwind. Overall, it’s a fantastic experience at a great price. We left feeling refreshed and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
Enjoyed my time there today! The staff was super friendly and gave us a tour and explained everything as it was our first time there. My husband and I went and it makes for a perfect day date! I also did a half marathon today so between the cold bath, jacuzzi, steam room, and saunas, my body felt amazing! Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.
Soak and Sage Spa is an absolute gem and hands down the best wellness experience I’ve had in the greater Seattle area. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by calming vibes, top-tier facilities, and a sense that you’re somewhere truly special. The spa offers an incredible hot tub and cold plunge circuit that leaves you feeling both invigorated and deeply relaxed. The multiple saunas and luxurious steam room are pristine, spacious, and perfectly maintained—ideal for unwinding and resetting. The locker rooms are high-end, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need. I treated myself to a massage and a facial, both of which were exceptional. The staff are professional, skilled, and genuinely care about your comfort. What makes Soak and Sage truly stand out is that it’s the only social wellness experience in Seattle—a space where you can relax solo or connect with others in a beautifully curated environment. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, this is a must-visit sanctuary for anyone who values self-care and holistic wellness. I’ll definitely be back—again and again!
