Nick, the manager for the pool has really done a great job with the pool. Everyone who works under them seem happy and to really be enjoying their job. I haven’t had a bad experience since he started.The pool is cold and more organized than I have ever seen. My 4 year old has done amazing in swimming since starting swim lessons. The kid drop off area is a lifesaver. My kids have never left me in a situation they are unfamiliar with and I thought it would be a nightmare dropping them off. Everyone that works in there truly is so sweet and my kids love going!

So, I made my membership online, but they don't let you cancel it online, and for a while, I can't visit the gym to cancel it. I fill up online form for this....and my gym was not on the list , but i can pick "other" i did they say i pick wrong one so they still charge me extra $100 for 2 months when i didnt been in the city. In total i got SCAMed for $300 I very mad, i been in this gym just ones, tring to call them, text, fill up the forms and they just took my money. Probably just need closed my credit card would be easier

YMCA cancels water fitness classes and gives you the reason they don't have any workers and that is not true at all, They have a person that is already doing it and won't let them work and the only thing that Melissa says is that it is behind that scenes scheduling. Then when you go try to talk with her she is afraid of you and calls for Tonia and says are you witnessess of this. Like really They should not be in business if they can't come up with a better story then that and are afraid of people. They also reduced the 11 oclock class down to three days a week from 5 days. They keep cutting classes and charge you the same. They ought to be ashamed of themselves alot of the people that go to the Water Fitness class are elderly and they go to class because to keep their health up and for social time. Shame on you for cutting the water fitness class.

Everytime I’m here I am treated so rude for absolutely no reason! The people are snarky as I’m standing there with my 2 year old. They change the schedule constantly and make open swim the worst possible times to try to come with a child. Just had to drag my screaming and very disappointed toddler out of there because they changed the schedule. And when I asked if they changed the schedule (which they just did as of the 19th) I was treated like I was stupid! So very disappointed
