We have visited many times in the past 8 years and each and every time I have been impressed with the cleanliness, service and accommodations for both parents and kids during our stay. I love that we aren’t forced to eat and drink solely what is offered on site since the food is pricey and not high quality but the times I’ve had to make do I would say it was not bad. It’s such a fun atmosphere all around and I can’t think of a single complaint other than maybe switching up the dance party songs each night since that is one of our daughters favorite activities but it gets redundant. We are used to staying at more luxury style resorts when we travel but there is just something so special about this place and we hope that it stays that way! Looking forward to our next visit!

Our family had a fantastic experience. Both our 6 year old and 9 month old were able to enjoy the water park and other accommodations. The crowds and inconsiderate behavior of a lot of guests comes with the territory for a place like this, but it is worth knowing that this place was crawling with teenagers who seemed to be there with dates. Just head to the outdoor area if you need to get away from the crowds or rude teens. The outdoor cabana was well worth it for us since we had a baby who needed a couple naps while our older child could stay and enjoy the water park. We also appreciated the prepaid meal plan. All of the food was pretty good and all of the staff there were friendly and great at their jobs. The room was good, our kids were so excited about the bunk beds. But you will hear people above you very clearly, especially kids stomping around and jumping. Nothing beyond normal kid noise but if you need it quiet or if you have babies that you’re trying to get down for sleep, I would try to find a top floor room.

We enjoyed our weekend at the lodge. The room was spacious and clean. The buffet was delicious with plenty of selections. There were numerous activities to enjoy. We also appreciated being able to check in a couple of hours early. We were amazed at how quiet the room was given the numbers of guests.

We came for our son's 3rd birthday and we had soooo much fun!! Loved the pool! Loved the arcade! And there was still plenty more to go and do! Only thing is the quite curfew that they have of 11pm is a bit late in my opinion for being a place that people bring there young children to. For the most part the employees were great! My wife had a bit of a delay just trying to get a day pass for her sister on the last day of our stay.

Great experience overall! The lifeguards were diligent. The staff were all very friendly to us from the front desk staff, housekeeping, and food staff. The food was reasonably priced for a water park and everything we tried was tasty as well. My kids loved the loaded fries. I was impressed with the dinner buffet as well as the pizza. The room looked a little dated and had a bit of a musty smell. The bathroom was very clean and new looking! My kids loved it here and we will likely come again soon!
