I found this place cheap online through Priceline. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was rough though it seemed to be older definitely had dips in it. The bathroom was nice but as others have posted if you have any disability it's quite a big step to get in and out to shower. The kitchen includes dish washer tabs, sponge and dish soap. Bathroom has body wash, shampoo and conditioner as well as hand soap and lotion at the sink and Tide powder for the washing machine. They do not come and clean your room at all during the stay before you leave you are expected to take out all trash, run the dish washer and put all your dirty towels in the bathroom. On the last day we found a broom and ironing board in the first closet door by the entrance. We did not do anything at the hotel except swim in the smaller pool directly behind check in it was fine. Staff texted to ask if everything was okay a few times. They did of course ask if we were interested in a time share presentation we declined. They offered free $150 credit and Busch Gardens tickets . It took about 15-20 minutes to check in as there was only 1 person working. We did get a few calls around 9am to the room we didn't answer I assume it was trying to get us to do a presentation. You could hear people by your door if they were talking really loud but I never heard anything through the walls as far as voices unfortunately the noises for us were people stomping above us, cleaning people being very loud above us and doors slamming. If you prefer quiet try to get a top floor there are elevators. Club house closes early we never were back in time to check it out. It was great for what we needed and I'd go back hoping for a better bed.
An absolutely exceptional stay from beginning to end, our experience at the Holiday Inn Club Vacations Williamsburg Resort was unequivocally five-star. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with immaculate grounds that create a welcoming and serene atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Our villa was a standout highlight; it was remarkably spacious, providing more than enough room for our entire family to relax without feeling crowded. The convenience of a fully equipped kitchen and an in-unit washer and dryer added a layer of ease to our vacation that we truly appreciated, making it feel like a home away from home. The wealth of on-site amenities ensured there was never a dull moment. We spent countless hours enjoying the multiple swimming pools, and the unique addition of a bowling alley and a charming mini-golf course provided fantastic entertainment for all ages. It’s rare to find a resort that caters so well to both adults and children, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and activity. Beyond the resort’s gates, the location is ideal for anyone looking to explore the historic triangle. Situated just a short drive from Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Busch Gardens, it served as the perfect, convenient home base for all of our adventures. The friendly and accommodating staff further enhanced our stay, always ready with a smile and helpful information. For a comfortable, fun-filled, and perfectly located Williamsburg getaway, this resort is an outstanding choice that we cannot recommend highly enough.
This is a great place for family vacation. The villas are spacious and conveniently located within 15 minutes from most stores. The property is set off on its own with a very peaceful setting. You can very easily walk around the complex. There is a nice indoor heated pool right next to the gym and arcade. We were also pleasantly surprised they had a bowling alley. I am definitely looking to visit here again.
Excellent and clean and spacious room. Location is super close to outlets like the north face and many great restaurants like Le Yaca French restaurant that offers great food with affordable price Impressive room size. Kitchen amenities are there for you like home to stay longer Deja staff greets us with warm welcome and gets us settled in and helpful information to scouting around local. Well maintained and wonderful place to revisit over and over again
We loved it here. Close enough to see historical things around. They definitely need a better arcade, and members should be getting a discount on bowling there. The alley is fun but a little pricey for only a few lanes. We already pay enough in fees.
