What are people saying (AI review summary)? Tappo Day Club is generally well-regarded for its cool setting, great atmosphere, and relaxing pool, offering an enjoyable escape or staycation experience, with several guests commending the friendly staff. However, common criticisms include the high cost, with entry fees of $20-$25 per person and steep drink prices. Service quality receives mixed feedback, described as both great and slow at different times. A significant point of contention for some adult visitors is the allowance of children on weekends, which is perceived to detract from the adult-oriented ambiance and can lead to disruptions. Furthermore, the club is criticized for its lack of information accessibility, reportedly not having an active phone number, a website, or a social media presence.

Tried this place on a hot summer day and it was a really nice treat. Ended up being a pretty quiet day with less than 20 people, and no kids younger than teens which made the experience better. We did order a few rounds of drinks and food from the Tappo pizza place next door. The drink prices were a little steep and it was $25/person to go if you do not have a membership, but something nice to do once in a while. The people working there were all very nice and the promotions person Kelly was great and helped us with all our questions. We'll be back next year!
I thoroughly enjoyed my afternoon at Tappo Day Club, and I will definitely be coming back. Lounging by the pool and swimming was so relaxing. My pina colada and cheeseburger lunch were super satisfying. If you're looking for an escape or a staycation day in Buffalo I highly recommend spending it here.
It's pretty expensive to get in, I think that $20 per person for a day pass is a bit of a gauging. The service was pretty slow even though they were not busy. The pool itself was nice and the club building and pool area look good, decorated some nice landscaping. All in all though it's just too expensive to recommend, I probably won't go back just for that.
The number is none active you can’t call and ask any questions if you wanted to because the number they have doesn’t work , they don’t have a website and don’t post on social media .
Super cool setting, great atmosphere and great service.. biggest downfall to the place is that kids are allowed to enter on the weekends. They takeover the pool splash people. The cover is $25, adults just want to drink and have a good time. It was a good time until someone’s child crapped in the pool lol… If that could change then I’d give it 5 stars all day
