I absolutely enjoy Cheryl's water aerobics class. She motivates and inspires me. A lot of classes are offered to help with fitness. Overall clean and nice little workout place.

Georgia made us feel welcome and we are not officially members! I called after being nervous regarding setting up swim lessons and she was a resource! She embodies what community is all about. I would call again just for a pick me up!

I come here all of the time. The staff is always friendly, Georgia at the front desk is always great. The gym has all the equipment I need, and I like some niche stuff like BOSU ball, battle ropes, plyometric box, TRX ropes. They have everything, and the pool has always had an open lane if you like to swim. It's never too busy in the gym either. Nice hot tube and sauna as well.
