What are people saying (AI review summary)? This pool is generally well-regarded as a pleasant, family-friendly environment, particularly suitable for young children and families due to its shallow areas, water features (jets, mushroom), and rule enforcement that keeps older kids from being too rambunctious. Guests appreciate the ability to bring coolers and the presence of some shaded areas and umbrellas. However, there are significant concerns regarding upkeep and amenities; several reviews note a lack of sufficient chairs, tables, and umbrellas, worn and broken furniture, and pergolas in need of repair. Some feel the HOA's upkeep is lacking, making it feel subpar compared to other member pools, and there are reports of entrance guards allowing non-members in. It reaches a maximum depth of 5.5 feet, making it less ideal for teens. Despite these issues, it's considered a good spot for kids, grilling, fishing, and walks.

It's a very nice pool. Good for young kids. Seems best for young families or for grand kids. Not really good for teens. Most of the pool is shallow. It does get to 5.5 ft. The jets and the mushroom have young kids entertained. Management provides someone who does tell parents about rule 2. So that keeps the older kids on the quiet side. Less rambunctious. Little ones can play without much worry. Management does need to provide additional chairs and umbrellas and tables. The tables and umbrellas get taken first. There is not enough shade like at Harborside.
We have a lot of fun at this pool. The umbrellas and shaded areas are nice, because it gets HOT out here in the summer. They allow coolers which is perfect to pack cold drinks and lunch so we can stay longer so the kids can burn out all their energy.
Pool is ok. Seems that the HOA doesn't really do much as far as up keep. The pergolas are in need of repair and the pool furniture at this pool is horrible compared to the other pool in the square area. Not very crowded, only 2 tables for the entire area and only on umbrella. Chairs are worn and several are broken. This pool reminds more of a public pool than a members pool. Some of the entrance guards are allowing friends in and not checking them for actual membership. Sad to say a nice pool that is being allowed to become subpar.
Today I went to relax, that's all. The environment was so pleasant and family friendly, couples friendly, singles friendly, just friendly!!!
Great place to take the kids, grill, fish, and walk.
