What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews present a mixed, but increasingly negative, view of the facility, particularly concerning the current year. Positive aspects frequently mentioned include the pools being clean, a variety of options available (such as baby/kiddie pools, slides, diving boards, and dedicated lap lanes), a well-stocked concession stand, and an overall fun experience for families. Many patrons have enjoyed past visits and some still plan to return, despite issues. However, several significant drawbacks are highlighted, especially regarding recent experiences. A major point of contention is the unprofessionalism and perceived hypocrisy of the lifeguards this year, who are accused of micromanaging guests for minor rule infractions while openly disregarding rules themselves (e.g., running, horseplay, unsafe diving board use). Another common complaint revolves around the facility's policy of closing main pools for team practices or other reasons, forcing paying customers into more crowded, limited spaces, often without offering partial refunds or compensation. Guests also report difficulty obtaining refunds even when unable to use the facilities after paying. Parking can be challenging unless arriving early, and the venue can become very crowded, particularly around noon or on holidays. These issues have led some previously loyal patrons to express disappointment and consider alternative options.

This is our second year to buy a membership here. Parking is pretty hard to come by unless you arrive before it opens at 11am. This pool is fun, extremely clean and offers a shallow “baby” pool, a kiddie pool, a double slide, a regular pool and 3 diving boards. They have 3 dedicated lanes for those who come to exercise/swim. The lifeguards do a good job and there are lots of chairs to sit in. The concession stand offers many snacks, food and beverages and the staff is great. Around noon, the daycare kids arrive and it gets a lot busier but they are chaperoned pretty well and behave. I’m going to be going back again today!!
I don't know what has changed this year, but the lifeguards were some of the most unprofessional I have experienced in the 4 years I've been coming here. I saw a lifeguard blow a whistle at a kid for running in the grass far from the edge of the pool, while three lifeguards were running on the concrete horsing around with each other right next to him. I watched them blow whistles at kids for standing too close to the diving board while someone else was on it, then have four of them on the board at the same time jumping off trying to land on each other. I had a whistle blown at me for my kid hugging me around the shoulders while in the pool, then watched one of the boy lifeguards pick up a girl and throw her in the pool. It's not fun and incredibly frustrating to have my time here be micromanaged to the extent they were going, only to watch them disregard the rules themselves. I normally love coming here. It's the highlight of our summer. The pool has amazing facilities and is always very clean. This year has not been as pleasant though. May look into other options if there continues to be issues.
Still struggling to figure out why I showed up on a Wednesday around 5 and paid full price only to enter for them shut down the middle pool (the one I use) for a practice for a local team. Why should I pay full price to have all of us squeezed into the shallow pool so that the soccer team can use the pool during prime swimming hours. I also love the fact that I almost was T-Boned by one of those little ungrateful kids when trying to leave after being told I was not afforded a refund before I even dipped a toe in the water. Disappointing to say the least.
Super spot for water fun and relaxing. Had to register online, and pre book our tickets, but all was smooth. Payd 41 dollars for two adult and one child as non-residents. Stuffed with people, but we expected that since it was Labour day. Will definitely come back!
First time I went this year they shut down a pool with no excuse. The next time I went they shut down another pool for the soccer team. They charge full price for you to use half of what you paid for and if you have a family emergency they won’t refund you even if you couldn’t enjoy a second of what you just paid for.
