What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this aquatic center are mixed, with several common themes emerging. Pricing is a frequent complaint, noted as high at $10-$14 per person (2 and under free), particularly for non-residents and even locals. Facility design issues include a lazy river described as too small and shallow, leading to scraping, and deeper sections that are too deep for adults or even teens to stand, making it unsuitable for toddlers. Other concerns include a reported wasp nest on the water slide stairs and instances of slides or other attractions being closed. One visitor from out of state described the young staff as rude. Despite these criticisms, some reviewers found it to be a fun place for kids, acknowledged the presence of many lifeguards, and expressed a likelihood to return or noted its potential.

It has potential to be great but is is too pricey especially for the Columbus people who literally live 5 mins away in the section of Henderson that UA won't recognize as their area!!!! Thr lady river is too small and shallow so you scrape into walls and the bottom with every turn unlike the Westerville one. The deeper sections are very deep making even myself and teens hard to stand and can not enjoy it with my toddler. The water slide is nice but there was a active wasp nest on the stairs so my girls gave up risking it after 2 runs.
If I could leave 0 stars I would , I’m here from out of state vacation for the Columbus zoo an wanted to go swim get there an 10 minutes in it starts raining which sucked but it wasn’t even about that it was the staff a bunch of young kids that were absolutely rude for no reason at all, I’ll never come back to this place.
Slides are closed, as are other things.. Alot of life guards. Kids enjoyed it. Price is 10 for everyone including kids. 2 an under are free.
Great place to go with kids. 14 dollars per person for non residents, and quite a lot of people on a Sunday, but we will likely come back next season.
