What are people saying (AI review summary)? The facility receives mixed reviews. Positive feedback often highlights its fantastic and enclosed kid area, enjoyable slides, and a nice splash area for toddlers. However, numerous significant complaints are consistently raised. The bathrooms are frequently described as "foul," "disgusting," and unsanitary, needing urgent upgrades and better ventilation. There are serious concerns about staff conduct, including a rude pool manager whose behavior led to membership cancellations, and accusations of discriminatory treatment towards minority customers who were denied access and refunds without clear justification. Lifeguards are criticized for mumbling and being hard to understand, raising safety concerns. Additional issues include overpriced food, inconsistent enforcement of the "no outside food" policy, and a strict "no refund" policy applied even for weather-related closures or when service is denied.

We swam here the other day. Our overall experience was okay. The kid area is fantastic and I love that it’s enclosed! My kids were able to wear their puddle jumpers which some places don’t allow. My only two complaints are the bathrooms are FOUL! We couldn’t even go in to use them they smelled so bad, and we had to leave because of lightning right after getting there with no refund or pass to come another day. Other than those two issues it’s a nice place to visit.
I took my granddaughter and her friend and we all had a great time! They enjoyed the slides ! Everyone was really friendly there.
Unacceptable and discriminatory experience. We’ve used this facility for years, but our recent visit was deeply disappointing. They took our payment, then denied us access to the pool using vague and unjustified excuses. When we requested a refund, they suddenly cited a “no refund” policy- something they never mentioned until we were asked to leave. Even more troubling, their treatment of minority customers appears discriminatory. If you’re part of a marginalized group, be cautious- they’ll take your money, deny you service, and refuse to take responsibility. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The biracial young pool manager is the most rudest person I’ve met here. She spoke to the kids mean and was even rude to an older adult just because she saw fit. It’s horrible how people think that it’s okay to try and ruin someone else’s day because they’re not having the best day. I truly hope that she finds a different way to handle people. For that reason alone my family as well as my friends that have membership cancelled because of her attitude.
Very nice pool and splash area for toddlers. Food is overpriced, sign states outside to bring no “outside” food in, although 90% of guests bring what they please. The bathrooms are disgusting. Very small for the amount of people. Smell like feces and mold. They are in desperate need of an upgrade and better ventilation. My biggest complaint would be the lifeguards. Today a child had a bloody nose in the pool, and it was evacuated. Lifeguards blew their whistles, but you could not understand a word they were saying. The male with brown hair at the toddler area, I had to ask to speak louder, repeatedly, because NO ONE could understand him. He mumbled more, while another female shouted. Just weird, why have a life guard that cannot get anyone’s attention? If a child’s life is at risk, you should learn to YELL. Raise your voice. Please teach your staff to use their outdoor voices. God forbid there was a real emergency, you’d never be able to tell. Put some bass in that voice! Get a megaphone? Otherwise people will not understand.
