We are new to Princeton and are thoroughly satisfied with our experiences thus far. The included childcare is an unassailable perk with our membership! My children enjoy the activities and the caregivers. I was hesitant as my children have never been away from me other than at school— but they did wonderful— which I believe shows the quality of care they receive! The equipment is clean— as well as the locker rooms and walk/hallways. The staff is courteous and helpful. What more could you need?
Princeton Club in New Berlin was an absolute lifesaver for my family after we moved to Milwaukee from Toronto. With cold winters, we needed a place to go, and Princeton Club quickly became that perfect spot. The 24/7 access was a huge convenience, but what really made a difference for us was the childcare service. From when my son was 18 months old until he turned 3.5, the childcare staff took wonderful care of him, allowing me to focus on my workouts without any worries. The personal trainers and staff were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The equipment was top-notch, and we also took private swimming lessons, which were fantastic for both me and my son. Another highlight was their family change room, which I could use with my son. It was private, spacious, and so convenient. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find anything quite like it here in Toronto, and it made me even more grateful for the experience at Princeton Club. Both the men’s and women’s change rooms were also excellent. Lastly, their outdoor pool during the summer was a huge hit for us. My son and I had such a great time swimming, enjoying the nice weather, and playing with the water fountains. It truly was the perfect place for both fitness and family fun!
Overall a very nice club. Is pretty pricey at easily over $100 / month for a family. One issue is they ant to nickel and dime you for replacement cards, etc. Pay $1600 for a years membership and you get zero free guest passes, etc.
I’ve been staying at the nearby Holiday Inn Express and have visited the Princeton Club in New Berlin several times. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and has everything I need for a great workout. There was a little confusion initially around guest access, but the staff handled it with professionalism and a great attitude. Everyone has been friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I’ll definitely keep coming back when I’m in town.
I signed up with their gym in February 2025. And was told when I signed up that there is a cancellation fee if I wanted to cancel of 150. After I lost my job and I tried to cancel the lady told me that she could pause my account for three months so I waited the three months and then I emailed back and I tried to cancel and she told me that I have to pay out the remainder of my contract that they only allow the cancellation fee of 150 if you become permanently disabled or moved 25 miles away from the gym. Never told me that pausing my account also extends my contract. Its not a win win here. Sign up for any other gym cause they dont help you out all they care about is money.
