Excellent service from the hotel staff from top to bottom. Spent this past weekend at Ingleside and couldn't be happier- hotel food was great and our stay was easy and quiet. Matt, Joe, and Jasmine at the bar Friday were attentive and efficient for our team, they helped us get multiple pizzas and drinks despite being so close to closing time. Candase and Jeannie from the front staff provided us fantastic service as well. Our room had a smell that did not go away but was at least slightly addressed (quickly) by the housekeeping. I would still stay here again if I am ever back in Wisconsin!

We stayed for the first time on the Saturday before Easter. We had a little snafu upon check-in, but that was quickly remedied by the manager, Stacy B. She was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. She went above and beyond to ensure the rest of our stay was enjoyable. We spent the day at the waterpark, which was an all around great experience for us and our 21 month old son. The park was very clean, not overly crowded, had plenty to do, and great (freshly prepared) food with plenty of options. We had the quesadillas and waffle fries - yum ! It took a little longer than expected, but well worth the fresh food. We headed over to DiDi's for dinner, which was also delicious. Our waiter was awesome, the food arrived quickly, and perfect temp. We then participated in an Easter Egg hunt in the courtyard (super cute and fun for all the kids). After, we walked over to Lights of Spring, which was probably the best part of our stay. In the morning, we went back to Didi's for breakfast buffet. Many selections to choose from, great service, and again, delicious ! Beyond the checkout process, everyone was so friendly and wonderful to interact with. We will absolutely be back !

The rooms feel dated. We had a double queen but the mattresses seemed smaller. We liked that the rooms had refrigerators and hygiene essentials. The staff in the waterpark were not friendly and the arcade is very expensive. Giving this a four star review because they have a good restaurant on site!

Travel here for work quite a bit and mostly everything is good. Front desk service is great and the restaurant is average along with the service there. Although, many of the shower curtains have mold on them and the towels are often stiff and smelly with whatever cleaning product is used.

Generally overall, this hotel is extremely accommodating. They were able to keep my cold food and birthday cake in a fridge while we were at the water park waiting to check in. Now, the room kinda smelled like stale cigarettes and there were stains on the plaid furniture and blankets. However, the bathroom in the presidential suite was spotless, and massive. Plenty of room in the room itself. The Waterpark, ice machine and arcade was conveniently located close by, so that was nice. Room service was quick, fairly priced. Would stay again in the future. Thank you for all of the accommodations, much appreciated.
