We had a great experience with the waterpark. I have a son with special needs and all Rebecca the supervisor of the waterpark was INCREDIBLY friendly and accommodating! She is a credit to the company and helped make the experience for both my son and the rest of the family accessible, enjoyable and memorable. This is a great place to bring the family and spend some real quality time together while having a lot of fun! It is a great staff, wonderful accommodations and a fantastic property.
First time visit. It was very busy due to Spring Break. I appreciated that the hotel let us get passes before the room was ready. So pack your swim stuff in a separate bag. It's pretty clean. The hot tub was great. The lazy river was nice. 3 tubes to go down was fun. Big area for little kids. If going during a day with no school note, they do fill up. Get passes ahead of time. Be patient. Have fun!
This is a very nice indoor waterpark. The thing I wanted to bring special attention to is the lifeguards. I'm in my fifth decade, and I've never seen such excellent, attentive lifeguards! They are well staffed and extremely vigilant. I've been there several times and I've seen their team running drills, constantly walking, scanning, and just being overall great at a job that is not easy! I'd be shocked if there was ever a safety incident at this park. Thanks for the hard work, everybody!
I was really impressed by this water park. Helpful people and staff. Food is expensive so try to order ahead with their meal vouchers on their website. Also they automatically take gratuity. So keep receipts to make sure you are getting charged correctly, as I didn't know this. But wasn't to busy on a Wednesday afternoon and everything was well maintained. Even had shower stalls in dressing rooms with soap to wash off. Will definitely go again! Oh, they say on website to print out online tickets.. it looked like they could just use your phone.
Everyone has to pay to get in the swimming area. Even if your 8 months pregnant, in street clothes, do not have a swimsuit on you and have zero intentions of swimming, its full price for you to be able to watch your kids. I'd understand having to pay something to get in, but its 50 dollars to watch your kids. My kids did have fun however.
