What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews highlight a park that is generally well-received, praised for its ample space, play areas, picnic gazebos, and opportunities for fishing, walking, and activities like Pokemon/Geocaching. It's considered a safe location with convenient access to nearby amenities like a library, town hall, and local shops. However, the pool associated with the park receives significant criticism. Many reviewers found it expensive ($15 per person), reported rude lifeguards, broken splash pad features, and strict rules prohibiting water toys and floatation devices for small children. Other complaints include a lack of umbrellas or tables, removed diving boards, and dirty bathrooms/locker rooms. Despite these negatives, some positive aspects mentioned for the pool include very clean water with no strong bleach smell, good showers, and extended Sunday hours.

One of the best parks with ample space for multiple families to just chill around . Great play area and picnic gazebos . Fishing too is a great option. Folks who enjoy Pokemon or Geo caching this is a great place.
This pool has to be the most expensive, rude lifeguarded, ridiculous pool I’ve ever encountered in my life. It cost $15 each person regardless of age. half of the splash pad is broken. There’s no water toys allowed i.e. diving sticks/balls. and the lifeguards are rude. This is a one and done pool for us, I wouldn’t have even stayed if I didn’t just pay $50 for me and three kids to get in here. 0 stars is not possible on here but very deserved.
Water very clean without strong bleach smell. I love this pool. Good showers in changing room and bring your own padlock for locker usage. Fun when FREIGHT TRAIN goes by within view of pool! Open til 8pm on Sunday ❤️❤️❤️
Not recommended. No umbrellas or tables. Small kids can’t use a floating device or arm floaties. The splash pad is no longer running. Diving boards removed. Bathroom/locker room very dirty. They have 5 lifeguards to watch kids play tag. Disappointing.
Best place for a walk, picnic or to go for a swim or a walk around the large pond. You can even fish there!! Safe place police dept is right next door as is a library and town hall!! Village has Sendiks grocery store. Small stripmall w/post office, ice cream shop chocolates shop, and even get haircut too!! More shops on north side of street to see!! Very quaint place to shop!!
