Absolutely love this gym! Spacious and well-equipped — it has everything I need for a great workout. The trainers are amazing: attentive, professional, and full of positive energy. Staff is always kind and helpful, which makes the atmosphere super welcoming. And the pool? Always clean with perfectly warm water — the best way to relax after training. So happy to be a member here!

Love this gym! The staff is amazing, helpful, kind and fun! My only complaint is that Sam doesn’t teach more aquatics classes! I can never make his day classes unless I’m off, I really wish he taught a weekend class. His classes are always full because of his high energy, good music choice and just making the class fun while motivating you.

Great gym! The amenities are abundance especially for the monthly price. The facility is clean and well managed. The Concierge Dennis is THE BEST! Love seeing his face.

I love this facility and the staff are so incredibly kind and helpful. Jo Ann at the front desk is especially great. This gym has every type of equipment imaginable and my favorite thing is the pool ( I love to swim!). Also, it's extremely clean which to me is really important. A great gem in the heart of NYC. I definitely recommend! *** UPDATE***. I'm adding more because I absolutely love the staff here and they deserve all of the credit: Dennis, Joel, Nadine, Jackie, Sam, Jo Ann and the kindest person ever, Roberto....they all have helped me so much and I enjoy seeing them and talking with them when I go in for my swims. If I've forgotten people, I apologize. With a good pool I get great customer service!

I've enjoyed my time here so far. The staff are friendly and helpful, and Roberto has been particularly great. He's incredibly welcoming and helpful, and I appreciate his positive attitude and dedication to maintaining a great atmosphere. If I could offer one piece of feedback, it would be to update some of the aging cardio equipment. Specifically, I'd love to see some new treadmills and bikes. They're starting to show their wear and tear, and newer models would greatly enhance the workout experience.
