Elite Pool & Spa gave a assessment citing clear wear and tear a this resulted from my warranty company a denial. Where the service tech told me that with the wear and tear it would be a better financial move to replace it. See what I put on the HWA Google review. Sadly Elite pool was the source of reporting in accurate information that denied my claim. See below. Thank you for the great service. Their professionalism and responsiveness is second to none. All I can say is we were extremely happy for the service and respect we received dealing with Elite Pools Spa and liner. Best pool company in the tri-state hands down

I do not recommend using this comapny. Very arrogant and would not give me a diagnosis even after paying the service fee. I would give them no stars if that was an option
