This gym charges higher fees compared to others (around $78 a month), yet it often shortens hours on holidays and limits access without much consideration for members. Recently, they started blocking off the pool twice a day (9:00–10:00 a.m. and 1:30–2:30 p.m.) for outside groups, which means regular paying members lose access, even though we already pay full price. It feels like they prioritize making extra profit over treating existing members fairly. The way they run things does not reflect good business ethics or respect for their customers.

Review for the staff the trainers and the masseuse Will!! Get your massages booked with him very relaxing. Both the general manager Kevin and trainer along with other Kevin are amazing and front desk staff is friendly!

I was able to book a line in the swimming pool on 07/04 yesterday. It’s still available for reservations. When I arrived I had to discover that Glenpointe is closed. I didn't find any apologies on the locked door.

For those who want to live in better world, I keep to leave all information in the Google Review. Follow me. Our annual membership was done in 2024. We did not renew it. But the Glenpointe Fitness charged $62.91 on 1/6/2025 without our consent. We emailed and left messaged but no response. To solve this issue, I made appointment with Kevin, a manger of the center. Then today I met him in the center. The center can’t refund it, he said. I showed him the email, which says “my member ship will be expired soon”. The email was sent on 1/2/2025. I replied “No more Glenpointe Fitness. My wife and I changed to other center”. Kevin said the mail was not effective. It’s too absurd. But my membership had been ended on 12/31/2024. Because I paid full annual membership fee in advance on 1/1/2024. And 30 minutes later two membership key passes of me and my wife was returned and Jennifer, a manager was written and signed on the same document that Kevin signed too. It was good before 3 years ago. But now it’s totally different. It got worst in facility and faculties: dirty and rude. Whoever to do exercises, think twice before decision and check its machines: too dirty and too old. For further question, leave message. When you go to Glenpointe fitness in Teaneck, you must check its rusty in almost every machine in its 1st floor fitness and more seriously so dregs and residues on the floor of the swimming pool. It did not clean up every day. Kid and adults swim and exercise in the not healthy environment. Double check its jacuzzi next to swimming pool. Incredibly so much residues under water. As you read all the reviews in Google, the center has no or little intention to be better.
