What are people saying (AI review summary)? The swim school generally receives positive feedback for its clean facilities, friendly and kind staff, and an environment where children feel comfortable and make good progress, with specific instructors and managers like Ashley and Siren being praised. However, several significant concerns were raised by reviewers. These include a safety issue regarding lifeguard attentiveness during classes, a perception of poor value due to children spending a disproportionate amount of time waiting rather than swimming (e.g., 20 minutes waiting for 10 minutes of swim time), and major dissatisfaction with the makeup class policy, lack of clear communication regarding its expiration, and unhelpful or rude management when seeking resolutions or refunds.

My son has attended other swimming classes and programs, but I have noticed that he feels comfortable here, and it is wonderful to see his progress. Everyone at the school is kind, and the facility is consistently clean. I am pleased to see my son thriving in this environment. From the decorations to the classes, everything is well-designed to allow children to be themselves. I am excited to observe his continued improvement. The manager, Ashley, was excellent, as was one of the supervisors, Siren.
The facility is nice and clean, the staff are friendly. My only complaint is the life guard really needs to stand behind the kids and instruct them to have their backs against the wall during the mini 3 classes rather than sitting half way across from where they are on the opposite side of the pool. This is standard practice in the other goldfish location we came from. My daughter almost fell in during her last class.
I wanted to share my experience, which echoes what other parents have mentioned here. My child, along with another, was forced to wait while another student swam. I wish Goldfish would be upfront and state that your child may spend 20 minutes sitting on the edge and only receive about 10 minutes of actual swim time with the instructor. Unfortunately, because of this, I’ll be finding a new swim school for my child, as it feels like both I and other parents are not getting the value we’re paying for.
My son LOVESSSSS going to swim. He's had multiple instructors that have given him an awesome experience in the water so far. Coach Aaryn especially has motivated my son to want to learn and have fun in the water. We love this place and look forward to going up levels in swim!
I had a good experience until we were not allowed to use our makeup class and were denied a refund for that class. None of the staff made us aware that we had to use our makeup class before our paid classes were over. I tried to use the make up a week after classes were done and the only solution that was provided to me was to pay for more classes so I could use the makeup class. The manager was rude and dismissive and I still have not received the refund I requested. They basically stole for me.
