Last year I contracted with one of imperial pools Dealers. Approximately 10 weeks ago they ordered a liner to finish my pool with, the liner should’ve taken about a month it’s still not ready and no one from imperial or their subsidiary vinyl works, Will return any phone calls. I strongly advise against dealing with this company as they overpromise oversell and then leave you hanging with a useless hole in the ground.. This mixup was strictly the fault of imperial pools as they did not tell my local dealer the truth about how long it would take for them to deliver a liner.

I really wanted to be enjoying my pool now. However, this distribution company decided to redistribute my pool elsewhere. Purchased it in April only to wait 2 months for it. So much for a 3 week lead time. Finally I receive it but now it's sitting in my yard waiting to be SCHEDULED for install by the local pool company (Orange county pools & spas) Worst decision ever.

I called for an order status update on my pool cover and because I did not place the order, my pool contractor did, they told me they only deal with the account holder and hung up on me. Did not even let me finish my sentence explaining that my pool contractor won’t answer my phone calls and hasn’t given an update in over a month. Extremely rude and unprofessional sales department.
