David is excellent. From the first phone call we had with him, we knew he was the guy we wanted to hire. Accommodating for schedules, and so very thorough and good at what he does. Responds quickly and is very knowledgeable. Don’t hesitate to use him!!

Dave was very responsive and easy to work with. He took his time explaining everything in the inspection to us since we’re first time home owners. I would definitely recommend him and plan to work with him in the future should we need another inspection!

We used Dave for our Home, Pool, Septic, & oil tank inspections. He was quick with his responses and very informative prior to scheduling the inspections. He knew we were on a tight deadline and made it work to schedule all the inspections together. While on site, he was thorough and walked us through many of his findings, as well as educated us on some of the maintenance required for certain systems. He also got all of the reports out to us very quickly. He was great to work with and I would 100% use him again on another home purchase

Dave performed a radon test at our new condo. He setup the test on a Friday literally 20 minutes after I called him and had the results the following Monday afternoon. Very prompt and professional service. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience. We had a well, pool, and septic inspected by the Polo & Associates team as part of our new home purchase. Both inspectors were incredibly thorough and found a number of big issues that could have otherwise been missed. We are so grateful for this team of inspectors as they saved us from a bunch of likely headache and expense. THANK YOU!! :) Couldn't recommend them enough!
