After I spent 2 months researching different spas and perusing numerous local sellers I made it to my last store on the list. Definitely saved the BEST for last. Brenda was working and Daryn came in soon after. I had explained to Brenda I wanted a hot tub for therapeutic purposes and I did not want a lay down/recline seat in my hot tub. The lay down beds tend to just float you up from pressure of the jets, I never found them comfortable. Brenda gently persuaded me to try one of the Clearwater Spas that had a reclining lay down. What a game changer!!! I wanted a spa manufactured for the PNW and made in the USA. This Clearwater Spa has none of that nasty foam spray filling in the entire underside. The maintanance on this spa is a breeze! The delivery was handled timely and very professionally. I purchased my hot tub 11 months ago. I really haven’t noticed more than a $15. Increase to my power bill. The ongoing customer service is spot on. I take my water in every couple of weeks to be checked by them vs dip stick. Always so helpful. Spa Logic is very good at listening and hearing what your needs are and the offering you options suited to your needs. Listen to Brenda, she is amazing.

My wife and I went a lot of places looking for a hot tub. What we encountered were high prices, outsourced delivery & sales people that drove us crazy. We found exactly what we needed at Spa Logic. Daryn was there to answer any questions we had, the prices for the quality of hot tub were some of the best we had seen, and most important the delivery was done by the Spa Logic team. For us the service went far beyond just buying the hot tub. Daryn came out to our house to talk with the people building our deck about the placement and reinforcements needed. Delivery was not going to be easy due to the elevated deck, but the team went the extra mile to make it happen. Daryn connected us with a great electrician to run the electrical and helped us plan for where the power access would need to be located. Once we got the hot tub filled Daryn came out to personally explain everything about the controls, settings and how to maintain the chemicals. The best part is that when we have a question we can call the shop and someone will always answer or get back to us quickly, and if needed come out to our house to help us. Knowing someone will be there to help if anything happens has made this one of the best experiences and choices we have made.

Very pleasing experience.We were looking to replace a hot tub.we had been to every store in town. So we knew what we were looking for. A quality hot tub and company that could make it all happen. After looking at all spa logic hot tubs we found exactly what we wanted. And what was great was they had one in stock ready to go Asap. But the best part was when we went to all the other stores they either had to order it or they didn’t have what we were looking for in stock. But the most surprising thing was spa logic prices way less expensive than the other stores. As much as 1/2 the amount. Now you might be saying they must be different quality. I have had hot tub my whole life and know exactly what I was looking for. The quality of spas they sell are as good or better than everyone else’s. I guess the only answer is the others are just more expensive. We also needed our old one removed and new one put in. They handled everything it was so nice. So I highly recommend spa logic. Prices were great, experience was great, I can’t say enough about how easy they made it!!! So definitely at least give them a chance to help you. You won’t regret it !!!

My parents went in hoping to purchase one hot tub and left with two, a long-lasting quality service, and a great bundle deal. Spa logic offered a better deal than any other place my parents encountered in 6 months of searching. My parents gained so much knowledge on how to care for hot tubs in a detailed manner upon purchasing. Daryn and his team are always so quick to answer any questions and send someone over upon any doubts. We are so grateful not only for the amazing selection but for the attentive service and knowledgeable team. They made the delivery look effortless paired with a quick set-up. We can't stress enough how beautiful the features of these products are and how good the quality is! Thank you for everything Daryn! We made the best decision purchasing from Spa Logic.

Had an issue with my heat- granddaughter hit combinations on the controls, and when I jumped it was 85! Sounds warm, trust me it’s not when it’s pouring rain! Brenda was awesome on the phone. Sent me instructions and video on how to set! It’s perfect now! Thank you again Brenda!
